    Had our property on the market for a good while and had one miss start on the sale and then a buyer pull out, so third time we were anxious it would all go ahead as were in a chain up. Our sale was not straight forward and had a lot of trepidation in places but Clive was an absolute hero and kept our buyer on track as best he could. I think we phoned him once maybe twice a day for a month and he would always answer the phone and chat to us to reassure he was trying his best - which he was.     I met Clive Owens when I went to view an apartment that Taylor Made were agents for. Having had my offer accepted I had to wait for the usual drawn out legal process to complete and during that time Clive was very helpful letting me re-visit the apartment and acting as a communication channel with the solicitors and vendor. It would have been very frustrating without his involvement.
