Taylor Land & Property Group is a family run land and property agency founded in 2010 by David R Taylor, a renowned figure in the industry. We offer a fully comprehensive agency service specializing in the sale of Land, New Homes and Residential property.

Headed by MD Jon Taylor, Taylor Land is one of the leading land agencies in the UK with sites acquired and sold all over the country. Our property sector ‘Taylor Made’ is run by a select group of experts and has successfully sold a wide range of properties including apartments through to multi-million-pound family residences, new homes, lifestyle homes and luxury homes overseas.

Our team of experts boast a reassuringly traditional and professional approach, ensuring the best results for our clients whilst being a ‘friendly face’ in the industry.

Meet The Team

David Taylor Late Managing Director

David founded Taylor Land in 2010, bringing a wealth of experience accumulated from over 50 years in the industry. David was a respected land & property professional who acted for a variety of clients. With a specialism in Development Land, David used his business acumen to propel Taylor Land into a market leading development & planning business. Sadly, David passed away in October 2019. He is missed by the team and valued clients.

Jon Taylor

MD Jon successfully oversees our land and property sales teams. With over 30 years of experience, Jon has secured our place as one of the leading Land and New Homes Specialists. As a well-respected figure in the industry in his own right, Jon has been involved in many significant land transactions, underpinning the company’s enduring success and growth- building on the foundations established by his father.

David Taylor Land Director

David has worked in Land & Property for over 30 years at directorship level and now specialises in Land and Planning. With an eye for planning potential, David focuses on the technical elements of land sales in particular, effectively advising and coordinating with developers, landowners and their legal teams. Along with this, David is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and EPC Consultant.

Andy Wallace New Homes Director

Andy is a true property professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Starting his career running multiple estate agency offices, Andy went on to specialise in New Homes sales, working as Head of Sales for a well-known housebuilder. Now part of the Taylor Made team, Andy advises on all aspects of development from initial market research through to the sales and marketing of the new units.

Aimee Taylor Land Acquisition & Investments

Aimee initially began working in the New Homes team over 5 years ago overseeing new homes sales and developing homebuilder marketing material. More recently migrating into the Land & Development Department, Aimee identifies land parcels with development potential, executes diverse acquisitions and exit strategies whilst also devising the marketing collateral for the Land & New Homes departments.
